Flash News on Weight Loss! ‘Uncover the Five Hidden secrets How Wise Weight Watchers escape from Obesity’

Let face it. If you are reading this article, you probably want to lose weight. More Than likely, you have tried. Perhaps you are one of the millions of Americans and perhaps some Asian who have lost weight on a Diet Plan, only to gain the pounds back, with interest. Or maybe you have noticed that tightening around the waist, when you put on your clothes in the morning and want to stop the expansion before it gets out of hand.

Whatever the situation, you undoubtedly know that the most difficult part of managing your weight isn’t losing the excess pounds, it’s keeping them off. Millions of American manages and some affluent Chinese, I believe tried to diet away tens of millions of pound every year- and 95 percent of them gain that weight back

Lucky for you this very article may be your final solution to a permanent weight loss. Trust me everything kicks off on the following! Why wait? Let’s roll along! OK?

Food Trap No. 1: The Garbage Bin.

Now if you are feeling a bit skeptical .just remember this. If a particular food is calling you, the first and best defense is to get rid of it. Sometimes, of course, if the food is not yours or the particular situation is   unavoidable, this method is impossible. That’s when you search for…

Food Trap No.  2: The Reliable Comrade.

The human mind cannot focus on two things simultaneously. You can’t focus on a food craving when you’re on the phone with a pal. Human emotions and problems require human solutions. Whenever you turn to food for emotional support, you miss out on a chance for human contact. Don’t let food occupy a place in your life that should be held by a friend.

Grab for your rolodex! Find the person or persons in your life that can be a support in times of stress.  Someone who understands you, perhaps someone who can always make you laugh or feel better about life. Keep their numbers handy. And call them! Too often, friends or loved ones say things like “If there’s anything I can do …” and we never take them up on it. You don’t have to make it a therapy session.

Believe me, you don’t even have to tell them why you called. Just four or five minutes of pleasant conversation can be as effective and as quickly satisfying as finishing off a, box of delicious  cookies. Close personal relationships enhance-every aspect of your life and make it possible to endure the ups and downs of life with far less physical and emotional trauma (as well as far fewer pounds).  Simple enough?

By the way, think we are going somewhere? I say we are at this stage. Then would mind scrolling  down to the next few lines. OK? Thanks!

Food Trap No. 3. Stress Relaxers

To be brutally honest, we must reveal this naked  truth!   Frustration and anger are powerful triggers of self-destructive and uncontrolled eating. If you are a person who eats to relieve stress and frustration, then  it’s time to find some alternative stress busters. Indulge yourself a bit. Buy yourself a dartboard and the next time you are frustrated, throw darts hard! Designate a pillow as your punching bag. Name it after your boss, if that will help. Start saving old newspapers for recycling and tear them to shreds when you’re .angry. If simply having something in

Your hands seem to-help, take up needlepoint or knitting or get yourself some sort of tactile toy and keep it around the house.

Special stress-busting paraphernalia can be found at specialty stores. Not that it has to get that high-tech: One of my clients has an index card that lists a Slinky, and another will never go anywhere without his Silly Putty.

What I am going to tell you next, is more than  a figment of my imagination. Actually it is no rocket science stuff. It’s easy reading! Let’s continue!

Food Trap No. 4: Nonfood Rewards.

Trust me, food isn’t the only rewarding thing in the universe, although that may be bad to remember when you’re in the midst of a craving attack. So take the time to list some of the other thing&.in your life that give you pleasure and that can be done in fifteen minutes. Is there a particular song or piece of music that always lifts your spirits? Write it down and note where you keep it.  (When you need immediate gratification, you won’t have the time or patience to root through your old albums.)

So here is my question to you! How about starting that great article waiting inside your computer? Even a computer game can really psych you up and keep you from noshing. Do long, hot baths make you feel pampered and relaxed? Hit the tub! Does playing with your dog-make you   feel like a kid again? Take Short Walk to the park! Let your mind   roam free over every aspect of your life to come up with as many sources of nonfood enjoyment as possible.

Next up, let’s give a shout to the next food trap! Ok?

Food Trap No.  5: Tend to Useful and Practical Distractions.

Lucky for you! Almost everyone I   know has some sort of “to do” list-odds and ends in life   that they are always meaning to get around to but somehow never quite do. The fifteen-minute cool down is a great time   to finally get around to some of the projects that have been   falling by the wayside, and you can also enjoy a sense of  accomplishment as you cross off each completed; task?  Example, what about that crossword puzzle you started last   Sunday? Or that letter you wanted to write your old college   roommate? Or the closets that need cleaning out? Or all   those back issues of your favorite magazine that you never   had time to read? Period!

At this juncture, I would like to sum up what I have just said. I highly recommend you reading this paragraph seriously. To recap, first let me distil the real essence of this article as follows. Remember, the garbage bin concept. The next is calling a friend in need. Your need! Also don’t forget to apply stress busters. Remember what I have said about non-food rewards. And last but not the least to tend to unfinished business. Period!

As a conclusion, may I add a few words of encouragements? You may have failed many times in the past and doubt whether you can follow a script for a new life. But believe me: Each person who started my MWL™ Weight Loss therapy felt the same way on the first day. But with one step, one day, on containment, one victory at a time, they became wiser and more confident of the next. Yes, it does take some work, but never as much work as not doing it. For not doing it is much harder. In life, we sometimes forget that inaction can cost much more than taking action and solving a problem. This is your opportunity to be a winner. Take it!

Goodbye. Till we meet again. May God Bless You Richly!
