Can we lose weight like the Biggest Loser Asia contestants without help from a coach? How?
Now that the show is over though, David plans to take a holiday, buy a house and plan his wedding. On the other hand, Carlos will return to his job as a less-diet-worried chef, while Aaron plans to teach his friends and family to cook and eat healthy.

In my opinion, the first thing to lose weight is ourselves. Discipline is the keyword for all this. Yes, we can lose weight like the biggest loser Asia contestants without help from coach, but the important thing is discipline. Then , we have to aim the target and focus it constantly. For me myself, I get inspired from this show and I registered with Fitness First where i think this is the healthy and better way to lose weight rather that eat pills or any juice that can lose our weight without exercising. At there i have been explained how to make myself more healthy beside to have slim body. I’m sure everyone wants slim body and fit. Say no to junk foods, carbonate drinks, oily foods, fast foods, no chocolates and food that make to become more chubby. Avoid that then exercise 4 days a week in 1-2 hours will make you lose weight. Don’t skip your meals, take 6 times meals. Take less rice, if usually you take a full plate of rice, please take half plate of rice. I lose 2 kg 3 days in a week. Try it. And don’t forget to drinks a lots of plain water at least 3 liter a day. Last but not least, cut the fat and discipline ok.
