Moosewood Cookbook
What’s your opinion on Moosewood cookbooks?
Are the recipes tasty?? Are they easy? Which is your favourite cookbook, of them all??
I have 4 of them. I collect cookbooks and can say that I rarely cook from those anymore. Most of the recipes in them are duplicated in other cookbooks with beter versions of the same recipes. On a scale of 1-10, I would give most of the moosewood cookbooks a 5 with an exception to the original one which gets a 6).
If you are looking for a good vegetarian cookbook, I highly recommend the cookbook by Deborah Madison called “Vegetarian cooking fror everyone”
